How to Succeed at Work and Life

How to Succeed at Work and Life

In interviews with employees I ask them this question, “What’s your plan to help us?”

It’s a hard question because it’s a real question. It can make it obvious if the interviewee is there for them or there to show they can help.

Simplicity is the directive of success and here is a simple plan for how to succeed as an employee and relationships.

“What can I do to help you?”

Turns into:

“Can I do this for you?”

Turns into:

You just doing it.

“Happiness lies on the far side of service. “. There more complicated answers that don’t work as often.

Hi Matt, people that set themselves up as gurus (how to succeed in work and life) have always interested me. Obviously, you have a monopoly on life experience and choose to advise your subscribers on how to run theirs.
Have you ever thought that people reading your blogs might have an idea or two themselves.
How about you stick to making resonators and keep your worldly advice to yourself.
