Tricone in a Single Cone Body

The VERY first National guitar was a tricone in what is now a single cone style body.  It never went into production as it was swapped for the fancier looking art deco design tricones currently resign in.   We make tricones the original way because I prefer the traditional feel of the F-holes.  It sounds more like  a single cone than a tricone, but it has some of both worlds.  Tony Polecastro over at Youtube did a review on his personal Mule tricone. He does a good job of giving the run down on them   -Matt
