We ship internationally

We ship internationally. There was a couple year stretch where we didn’t. Things were weird in the world in many ways and internationally shipped guitars ended up lost for months or apparently at the bottom of a swamp in Spain (see above). We had only a couple damaged instruments in the seven years prior. But it seemed then like every morning I was on hold with the post office, then a service in another country trying to get information. Maybe a guitar was lost so the customer was in limbo. Maybe it was damaged so we would build them a new one while I fought with the postal service. It’s incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking for the customer and for us. So I hit pause. Now we use DHL for shipping. Is it expensive? Yes it is. Is it necessary? Absolutely. We ship a number of guitars internationally every month and this is the surest way I’ve found to get it there as safely as possible.
