If you work with other people or have people who work for you or work on your own - so everyone- remember: there are things only you can do. Why spend your time doing things everyone else can do? You have a skill set, a vantage point, a plan that's unique to you.  Of course we are all working within some limitations - and that's exactly where the creativity shines. If you are an owner there are jobs that someone else would willingly accept money to do for you. There are things as an owner that only you can do. Do those things. Don't hold yourself hostage.  For a long time you gritted your teeth and did everything. EVERYTHING.  It's so hard. You get in a mental mode of DO IT because you have to.  But you change- as an owner, and as a human. Don't get stuck in a rut of gritting it out. It's costing you things. The things only you can do.
